The Challenge

AgriPure wanted to cut out middlemen and sell fresh produce directly to households and restaurants, but had no way to take orders online or manage delivery.

What We Did

We built a produce e-commerce store with category browsing, M-Pesa checkout, and a simple order dashboard, plus delivery scheduling built for Nairobi routes.

The Results

Online orders tripled within the first quarter, and AgriPure now serves both households and restaurants with reliable same-day delivery.
