Waveform Entertainment
A website for a Nairobi technical event production company, built to show what the crew can deliver and to turn a visit into a detailed quote request.

Event buyers want proof before they send a brief
Waveform supplies sound, backline, LED screens, staging, event branding, livestreaming and full technical production for concerts, corporate events, festivals and weddings across Kenya, with work in Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda too.
A planner hiring a production partner is trusting them with a live show. They want to see the kit, the crew and past events before they call, and a useful quote depends on details like the date, the venue and the size of the crowd. The website had to do both jobs: build confidence, then collect a proper brief.
Show the work, then make the brief easy
Gave each of the seven services its own page, with what is included and typical setups from conference rooms to festival stages.
Put real productions up front: festivals, corporate events, a UN event and weddings, each with its own page.
Built a five step quote form that gathers the event, scale, services and contact details in about two minutes.
Kept WhatsApp and the quote button one tap away on every phone screen.
Built around services, proof and the quote
Every page leads a planner toward the same step: asking for a quote with enough detail for the team to price it.

One page that makes the case
Scroll inside the window to walk the whole homepage. It moves from what Waveform does, to proof, to the ask.

- Hero. What Waveform does, with a quote button and WhatsApp.
- Services strip and team intro. One production team for every technical detail.
- Seven services. Each card links to its own page.
- Selected productions. Real events, with headline figures.
- Why Waveform. One partner, show ready kit, experienced crew, end to end support.
- Behind the scenes. A gallery of the production work.
- FAQ. Event sizes, booking lead times, regions and pricing.
- Closing call. Get a quote or talk it through on WhatsApp.
The quote is always one tap away
On mobile, a bar with WhatsApp and Get a free quote stays at the bottom of the screen, and the quote form keeps its five steps in a scrolling row.

A site that shows the crew before the first call
Waveform Entertainment now has a website that shows what the team can do across seven services and real productions, and turns interest into a brief the team can quote from. It runs on WordPress, so new productions and guides go up without waiting on a developer.
